Put your meetings on your HoneyBook calendar!

September 22nd, 2016 | by Asha Bhatia, HoneyBook

Have you visited your HoneyBook Calendar recently? If so, you might’ve noticed that we’ve added the ability to add Calendar Meetings! In addition to the tentative and booked events you have on your calendar, meetings can now be added to indicate any events you have outside of the main ones listed in your pipeline.

We know how busy the days can get, and we want HoneyBook to help you stay as organized as possible. Engagement sessions, rehearsal dinners, coffee dates, daily reminders – you can now set up all of these as meetings. We’ve also color-coded meetings for you to make sure they don’t get mixed up with your other events. You can find your meetings listed on your calendar in yellow.

When you create a meeting on the HoneyBook calendar, you have the ability to tag any workspace so that your clients or other vendors on the workspace will see the meeting in their Feed. This way, everyone is on the same page when it comes to engagements outside of the main event. If you’re chatting with a client on the Feed and finalize plans for a tour of the venue, simply go to the calendar, schedule your meeting and tag the appropriate workspace so that you and your client are set to go!

We’re also going to drop a notification for you in the Notification Center to remind you of any meetings you have coming up within the next day! Check the bell icon on the left panel each morning to see what needs your attention for the day.

Is your HoneyBook calendar integrated with your Google calendar? Great! Meetings you put on your HoneyBook calendar will sync over to your Google cal, just like your events do now.

We hope this feature makes your workflow a little easier! We’ll keep you in touch with all future product updates and, as always, let us know what you think.
