No, with HoneyBook Premium you’ll have access to unlimited seats for you and your team. Learn more.

Can I add team members during my free trial?

No, you can only add team members after you subscribe to Essentials or Premium.

Can I control access to what my team sees?

Yes, HoneyBook has different team roles spanning from basic team members, moderators, admins, and owners where you can control global access permissions that relate to project details, financials and actions team members can take. In addition, you can specifically give access to certain projects, files, invoices and contracts, regardless of their role.

Can I get reports on how my team is performing?

Yes, you’ll be able to see an individualized pipeline for each team member & track their performance over time.

Are there any payment processing fees?

As a payment processor, HoneyBook charges a small fee so you can accept payments through major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Mastercard. Card processing fees start at 2.9% + 25¢. There are no hidden fees, international fees, or premium card brand fees. You can also accept ACH bank transfer payments for a lower 1.5%. If you transact over $500,000 annually and are subscribed to the Premium plan, you may be eligible for discounted card fees.

How does the free trial work?

You can try virtually most of the features available on HoneyBook free for 7 days, no credit card required. There are minor limitations based on eligibility for some advanced features.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, if you ever decide that HoneyBook isn't the best clientflow platform for your business, you can easily cancel your account.
