Simon T. Bailey

Renowned speaker and author Simon T. Bailey is the leader of the “brilliance” movement – helping more than 1 million people find their brilliance, shift their thinking and produce sustainable results. Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Faith Christian University and was inducted as an honorary member of the University of Central Florida Golden Key Honor Society. He serves on the advisory council for Management and Executive Education for the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, one of the top 25 best private graduate business schools in the U.S. When Simon is not busy advancing professionals’ and organizations’ development, he roots for the Buffalo Bills, collects rare stamps and global currency, and is an avid movie goer. Simon resides in Windermere, Florida with his wife and their two active teenagers.
