Last month, we had the incredible opportunity of partnering with Peerspace to host our Rising Tide + HoneyBook team offsite in San Francisco. This was our first time working with Peerspace and we loved how easy it was to book a short-term venue on their online marketplace.
If you aren’t familiar with Peerspace, here is the 411: hosts share their underutilized spaces with other professionals (like creative entrepreneurs) seeking memorable experiences. Some ways people are using these venues include: workshops, photo shoots, offsite meetings, mastermind gatherings, and charity events.
We wanted to spend an afternoon together as a team and have the opportunity to learn from some of our community members. We kicked off the day with a floral design workshop from Claire Xue of Claire Xue Style. Then we got our hands dirty (literally) as we learned the art of Shibori dying from Stefanie Nadile of Venita Textiles. To end our experience, Giulissa Principe of PaperLoveMe Calligraphy taught us the art of calligraphy. We were so lucky to have Praise Santos of ComePlum Photography capture these amazing images of our team and experience. It was such an incredible day and we want to thank the entire team for sharing their knowledge with us.
From start to finish, we were blown away by the beauty of the Mission Loft space and how our hosts truly made us feel at home. We know that Peerspace has the potential to be a game changer for creatives everywhere who are in the market for a venue to host their meetings and events. We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with Peerspace and look forward to visiting one of their spaces again soon! Peerspace has generously offered all Rising Tide and HoneyBook members 20% off your next Peerspace booking through December 2017!
Thank you as well to Kent for creating an amazing behind the scenes vlog of the day to share another look at the fun that unfolded!
