File setup is a FREE service for HoneyBook members. Our team will turn your existing contracts, questionnaires, pricing/service lists, and more into ready-to-use client-facing templates.
For pricing: Upload brochures, proposals, or other documents that detail your service and package pricesFor contracts: Upload contracts or contract languageFor questionnaires: Upload questions you’ve used and/or new ones you’d like to ask
This is a free service included in your HoneyBook subscription.
Email templates and transferring clients are not included as part of the free file setup service. Also, you’ll need to add your brand colors and imagery.
Our team should have your templates set up in 7–14 business days. We’ll send you an email letting you know when your new templates are ready.
You can upload files in these formats: DOC, PDF, JPG, PNG, Google docs, screenshots—whatever you’ve got, that we can read.
Once you’re a HoneyBook member, we’ll explain how to easily upload your existing files.
